Situated just off the market square within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and Settle railway station this tiny Grade II listed cottage is probably the smallest cottage in Settle.
The front door opens into the dining lounge with flame-effect electric fire and flatscreen TV with Freeview & DVD player. Down 3 steps the kitchen is small but well equipped with both electric cooker and microwave. The back door leads to a tiny patio garden with table and chairs.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower over original cast-iron bath. Both rooms have exposed beams.
