Converted from a former printer's workshop this 19th century building is situated just off the market square within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and Settle railway station.

The front door opens onto the upper floor with its open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are exposed beams, living flame gas fire and window seat that looks out over the rooftops of Settle.

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room

The Old Brewhouse has full gas central heating, colour TV with Freeview and DVD player, and shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has both a gas cooker and microwave.
