THE OLD BREWHOUSE

14a Constitution Hill, SETTLE, North Yorkshire, BD24 9ER
Self-catering cottage
Sleeps 1 or 2

Converted by the present owner from a former printer's workshop in 1990, The Old Brewhouse has had many uses over the years including a dressmakers shop and a scout hut, but the name is original and refers to its earliest use.

Situated just off the market square it lies within easy walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stop and Settle railway station.

At street level the front door opens onto the open plan upper floor with its small but well equipped kitchen area, 2-seater sofa & armchair, and dining table & 2 chairs. There are exposed beams, electric flame-effect fire and a window seat that looks out over the rooftops of Settle.

On the lower floor is the bedroom with standard double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chair, chest of drawers with mirror, and a space for hanging clothes. The en-suite shower room has washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle.

The Old Brewhouse has full gas central heating, Flatscreen TV with DVD player, WiFi, and shared laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has both a gas cooker and microwave.

All fuel, power, bedlinen & towels included in price.

On-street parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking
